On December 8, 2022, Hangzhou Wanlida signed the "Capital Increase Cooperation Agreement on Hangzhou Wanlida New Energy Technology Co. After the completion of this capital increase, Aoke will hold 15% of the equity of Hangzhou Wanlida, and Hangzhou Wanlida will become a participating subsidiary of Aoke.

Hangzhou Wanlida is mainly engaged in the research and development and application of electrolyte and additive materials for lithium battery electrolyte, and its actual controller, Wang Xianming, has rich experience in the research and development of lithium salts and additives related to lithium battery electrolyte and strong industrialization capability. The purpose of this investment is to expand the business of new electrolyte materials based on the innovation principle of "scientist thinking + entrepreneurial action", to meet the needs of the strategic layout and industrial development of the new energy business of the company, and to further expand and strengthen the main business.
